Who We Are

We are one of the largest regional groups of the California Gourd Society (CGS) We have approximately 75 members.

The San Diego County Gourd Artists is a non-profit charitable all-volunteer organization. We are a fun diverse group of gourd Artisans, Growers, and Crafters that encourage the artistry of Hard Shelled Gourds.

We provide information and educational services to our members by supporting the sharing of ideas, skills, and techniques. Our meetings are held every other month at vvarious locations in San Diego County. Some of our events include hosting classes, and providing demonstrations besides participating in fairs, festivals, retreats, and sleepovers throughout the year. SDCGA & CGS Membership is renewed each January.
